Who May Avail Of The Service
Residents within the Municipality of La Trinidad desiring to avail level three (3) watersupply service from the La Trinidad Water District.
Requirements:
For Applicants who are the owner of the building and will be the consumer themselves;
- Community Tax Certificate
- Photocopy of any Identification Card with picture
- Building or Occupancy permit of Building where water meter will be installed or Tax Assessment of Building
For Applicants who are leasing the building and will be the consumer themselves
- Community Tax Certificate of lessor
- Community Tax of lessee
- Photocopy of Identification Card with picture of lessee
- Building or Occupancy permit or Building where water meter will be installed or Tax Assessment of Building
