Who May Avail Of  The Service

Residents within the Municipality of La Trinidad  desiring to avail level three (3) watersupply service from the La Trinidad Water District.

Requirements:

For Applicants who are the owner of the building and will be the consumer themselves;

  1. Community Tax Certificate
  2. Photocopy of any Identification Card with picture
  3. Building or Occupancy permit of Building where water meter will be installed or  Tax Assessment of Building

For  Applicants who are leasing the building and will be the consumer themselves

  1. Community Tax Certificate of lessor
  2. Community Tax of lessee
  3. Photocopy of Identification Card with picture of lessee
  4. Building or Occupancy permit or Building where water meter will be installed or Tax Assessment of Building
