Senior citizen or elderly refers to any resident citizen of the Philippines at least sixty (60) years old.

Requirement

  1. Barangay Certificate
  2. Senior Citizen ID (photocopy)
  3. Water bill

Receives and post the approved ESCA Form of the client’s water bill account. Within the Day Customer Service Assistant B

  • The Application to avail of 5% Senior Citizen Discount is renewable after One(1) year
  • Water Bill Consumption should be 30 cubic meters or below to avail of 5% Senior Citizen Discount
  • Applicable for One (1) water bill only.
